Games Workshop Stock Market Watch May 2022
Watching stocks over the short-term is often an experiment in futility; on May 11th 2022 we looked back at the state of Games Workshop’s stock and financial health, and today we do the same…
May 2022 is when the threat of super heated interest became all too real for the global economy, causing pain in almost every sector. Games Workshop for its part is also still dealing with global supply chain issues, along with Brexit fallout that just doesn’t seem to go away. So with, that lets see how Games Workshop stock performed for the month of April 2022.
Games Workshop stock just like last month dipped heavily, only to rally, but unfortunately fell short from the start of the month: down a few points. Plugging May into the year to date you see how Games Workshop just can’t stop losing ground.
Games Workshop shares are down over 35% from the start of the year now hitting the halfway mark for 2022. It will be very interesting to see the half year report coming up in July, but thankfully for GW the news so far is pretty good.
May saw a only a four investor news items from the company.
