The Deadly D: Warhammer 40k Tournament Results
Last weekend, nine large Warhammer 40K events took place, with at least 26 players competing in five rounds. A total of 24 10th edition lists, with eight different factions represented. Well, it only took two weeks, but the Aeldari have arrived to break the new edition. Games Workshop has very little time to fix the issues with the 10th edition, but it better come quick because the game is pretty unplayable out of the box. Otherwise, events will be forced to homebrew the game really fast.

Not since the dark days of Castellian Knights and Iron Hands in 8th edition has Warhammer 40K been so dominated by so few factions. The Aeldari, of course, take the cake, but not far behind are the Imperial Knights, and then you have everything else. How Games Workshop applies the nerf bats will be interesting because other sharks are just below the surface, ready to take a bite out of the meta, even if you address the worst offenders.
