An Aeldari Army Walks into a… Warhammer 40k Tournament Results

by | Jul 24, 2023

Last weekend, four large Warhammer 40K events took place, with at least 26 players competing in five rounds. A total of 12 Warhammer 40k 10th edition lists were present, represented by 7 different factions. Despite the numerous events, this week didn’t see any meta change, with Aeldari still being a big problem and Genestealer Cults sneaking in wins where they can. Below them, you have everything else, leaving us with a pathetic diversity of armies capable of winning events.

Games Workshop announced the next set of balance updates, scheduled for sometime in September. We can guess it will happen before the Space Marines and Tyranid new codices drop. The laid-back nature of the Games Workshop rules team towards the 10th edition is quite concerning, but the higher-ups in the company might be the big reason they haven’t been more direct in fixing the game as it currently stands.
