In a Shock to No One… Warhammer 40k Tournament Results

by | Jul 31, 2023

Last weekend, seven large Warhammer 40K events took place, with at least 26 players competing in five rounds. During that weekend, a total of 21 Warhammer 40k 10th edition lists were present, represented by 9 different factions. Despite the other factions’ efforts to beat the Aeldari, they still remained on top, but just barely with six top podiums, followed closely by Necrons with four.

Below Aeldari, the 10th edition meta has a few bright spots, with Necrons showing up more and more, thanks to their immovable blocks of Lychguard. Just below Aeldari are Adeptus Custodes and Genestealers Cults, doing very well, but it is the gap below the top 4-5 factions that makes 10th edition a tough pill to swallow for most players in competitive Warhammer 40k.
