20 Factions Got Metals : Warhammer 40k Tournament Results

by | Sep 24, 2023

Over the past weekend, 4 major Warhammer 40K events took place, with a minimum of 26 players participating in each event. The process of determining the top three players is based on their win records and total battle points, rather than the strength of their schedule. Throughout the weekend, a total of 27 Warhammer 40K 10th edition lists were featured, representing 21 distinct factions. While the week before showed potential for a non-Aeldari-dominated meta, things sadly somewhat returned to pointy ear death, but with a big caveat, as we saw a ton of different factions perform really well, making much more healthy looking.

So for the last month or so, Chaos Daemons have been relegated to an allied afterthought, but this week saw them take a 1st place without Be’lakor or any Greater Daemons. Hopefully, this wasn’t a fluke. We also had an Adeptus Custodes sighting, along with more Space Wolves, with the help of Knights. The new Space Marine codex, though, is around the corner, so we shall have to see if they can dominate the meta or swiftly get swept away.
