The Meta is Up for Grabs: Warhammer 40k Tournament Results

by | May 6, 2024

Over the past weekend, 6 large Warhammer 40K events took place, with a minimum of 26 players participating in each event. The process of determining the top three players is based on their win records and total battle points, rather than the strength of their schedule. Throughout the weekend, a total of 18 Warhammer 40K 10th edition lists were featured, representing 19 distinct factions. A small sample size, of course, but it looks like players are moving away from Necrons, with other factions doing their thing. We’ve got a few surprises with World Eaters and Blood Angels making an appearance this week as well.

This is clearly one of the calm before the storm weeks, as Orks, Tau, and to a lesser extent Custodes shake things up. Then we have Chaos Space Marines now just a few weeks away as well; the summer is looking to heat up with the meta completely up for grabs.
