I've been pretty busy over the last couple of weeks painting miniatures. I still have not started working on my Blood Angel tanks sadly. BUT I painted 60 ork boys in the last three weeks. That is 20 boys a week, which is pretty amazing if you ask me. But I'm still not done, I got 10 more to go to be able to field 3 squads of 30 boys.
As you might know I decided to build a green tide. So after I finished all the boys I already got, I need to get 10 more so that if I ever get the chance for an Apocalypse game I could field the green tide formation. That would be so cool!
Each squad of my boys is made up of orks from a different clan. I already got 30 Evil Sunz, 30 Deathskulls and 20 Goffs done. 10 more Goffs and I could take a break from them and get some games in. I already had a game last week where I fielded 60 boys against a Space Wolf player. I lost, but did fairly well.
I've got an ork bomma, 10 lootas, big mek with shock attack gun, a leman russ (will be converted into a looted wagon) and a squad of nobs coming in shortly.
I got the green fever. I just can't stop with orks currently. They are just so amazing and I love their randomness sometimes. I want to build a fun list where a lot of stuff is just random. Well I've been rambling, got to get back to work.
