April has been another fruitful month.  The combination of SCGT prep and subsequent hobby motivation after it leading to yet more progress towards the annual target (now up to 162/366).

First off SCGT required players to bring terrain and as I had a friend flying down from Scotland that meant I needed 2 sets.  So I decided to bulk up my scenery collection, I added a forest, 2 swamps (craters) and 2 Garden of Morr buildings in the month giving me all this in total:

AoS Terrain

Next up was Darklands, my Metal Age KS stuff started to come through so I've got a load of that to work on but first up were some resins in the Bog Beast and the Gorgonarch (I plan on running it as a gorgonar unit member now the must requirements have increased what you need as mainstay units).

Last up is the first of the new metals I've begun working on - An Oghurithne warrior (basically a scrawny ogre) the quality of these metals are awesome.

Next is guildball, I painted up 4 more of the masons to give me a whole playable team (with the addition of a union merc) and then the new s2 captain for the alchemists (Smoke) came out so I've got her painted up too as they're my main team.

Finally, the largest production of the month has been smashing through my saga force, this was driven by a local campaign and the desire to have them done before I got stuck into the Darklands stuff.  I still have the Warlord and their shields to paint but they're fit to hit the table in their current state.

So that's 1/3 of  the year down and I'm still 40 models ahead of the run rate which is good because it's getting closer to holiday season where I'll start to drop hobby time.

Not included here (because it's not newly painted models) I got my dwarfs all rebased over to rounds in advance of SCGT though the new Order book means it'll no longer be valid for their pack unless legacy scrolls are allowed, ho hum! that's 2/2 that have been culled in the form that I use them of the armies I've transferred to rounds but now the 4 main books are out that shouldn't be an issue going forwards.
