Games Workshop November Market Watch 2017
Watching stocks over the short-term is often an experiment in futility; on October 4th 2017 we looked back at the state of Games Workshop’s stock price and general financial health today we do the same…
After skipping last month let us look at how Games Workshop’s stock has been doing since October. World stocks have been on a steady climb, even with random North Korea twitter spats, it hasn’t done anything to disturb the general economic optimism… at least for the investor class.
As for Games Workshop the sky rocketing stock had slowed down a bit at the end of the 3rd quarter, but how has it done for the last two months?
Here is the data from months of October to November.
The last two months have been an up and down ride with Games Workshop heading into December still above where it started at least in November.
As for the year to date, Games Workshop shouldn’t be worried about the most likely profit taking of the last month or so…
Back in early October, we reported that Games Workshop had almost tripled its stock prices, and as you can see even with a rocky November Games Workshop is still very close to that crazy threshold.
In even better news Games Workshop continues to get some amazing press for what it has accomplished over the last year. With the British Financial Times reporting…
The group’s shares have soared 174.4 per cent since the end of last year, making Games Workshop by far the best-performing stock on the FTSE All-Share index, according to FactSet data.
Basically this means Games Workshop has been the best performing stock in a group of about 600 companies who make up a certain section of the London Stock Exchange.
December shouldn’t see too much movement until maybe the end of the month if Games Workshop teases us about their holiday performance, but January 9th will see another bi-annual report and we will know if the Games Workshop gravy train keeps on cooking.
In the meantime, here are the last couple investor releases Games Workshop has made for the last few months…
