Tyranids against the Field: Warhammer 40k Tournament Results

I was busy last week, but back with results from the 8 large events with at least 5 rounds and 28 players. A trend has emerged where the larger the event the better Tyranids or Aeldari do, with both taking a combined 16 podiums out of 24 for the weekend. Though we have seen shifts in the meta, with even Sisters of Battle grabbing some spots from the tournaments over the weekend.

It is hard to take a good read from the results this weekend, but it seems that many armies can perform very well as long as the best players are not playing Tyranids or Aeldari. This really points to a healthy meta just around the corner, if only Games Workshop delivers few timely nerfs, with the best chance coming right before their own US Open event in the coming weeks.
