Last Week of the Leviathan Season…sorta : Warhammer 40k Tournament Results

Over the past weekend, 10 large Warhammer 40K events took place, with a minimum of 26 players participating in each event. The process of determining the top three players is based on their win records and total battle points, rather than the strength of their schedule. Throughout the weekend, a total of 36 Warhammer 40K 10th edition lists were featured, representing 13 distinct factions. Even with Chaos Space Marines making a splash with their new codex, Necrons still took the top spot, followed by Grey Knights and the new Chaos Space Marines.

Army Breakdown (36 Lists, 7 with Allies) 

The Sisters of Battle ended up being the best-performing faction for the week if you just look at first-place wins, showing that the faction, with its new codex, is here to stay. On the opposite end, Orks seem to have fallen off a bit since their quick rise with the new codex. We don’t know if players are mixing things up or if people have just figured out the Green Tide and Bully Boyz lists.
