Top ITC Tournament Lists for February 2017

Blood of Kittens attempts to provide continuous coverage of ITC events, in posts showcasing the Top 3 army lists from the largest events.

This particular post chronicles the large events for February 2017.

Just like that the ITC is off and running for the 2017 season, with the Las Vegas Open 2017 far behind us let us take a peak at the other events around the World.

The first Major event of the 2017 ITC season was Warzone Slagelse GT held in Sweden. This was a standard 1850 ITC event.

2. Aslak Lynæs Stenkilde 2nd Overall Warzone Slagelse GT
3. Dorner 3rd Overall Warzone Slagelse GT

The next event of February 2017 takes us to England Australia and the Warzone Central GT. This was a standard 1850 ITC event.

1. Jeremy Young 1st Overall Warzone Central GT
2. Trevor Hoyle 2nd Overall Warzone Central GT
3. Ben Rorison 3rd Overall Warzone GT

The last weekend of February saw are another Major event, the Barrie Bash in Canada. This was a standard 1850 ITC event.

1. Dan Platt 1st Overall Barrie Bash
2. Kevin Armitage 2nd Overall Barrie Bash
3. Ciaran Gibb 3rd Overall Barrie Bash

Strangely, besides the LVO we saw no Major or GT events in the United States for February, it goes to show the growth of the circuit especially in Canada and Sweden.

The first month of the new season sees the Eldar continuing to dominate even with a few Aeldari lists!

Below is the current breakdown of what armies are winning events. The list combines all the top events for the 2017 ITC season, taking only the top three winners from Major or GT events.

• 5 Eldar
• 2 Dark Angel
• 1 Tau Empire
• 1 Daemon
