Parity is now Part of the Game: Warhammer 40k Tournament Results

Last weekend had 6 large events with over 28 players and at least 5 rounds. While the week had fewer large events to the pervious, the story of the Nephilim meta continues, as parity to reigns free. No one faction had over 3 podiums and we see once again armies that were not placing the week before place return the top tables. We are seeing a certain winning formula emerging; either your army can crush your opponent in the early turns, or you have faction secondaries better than your opponent.

The best part of this week’s lists had to be Imperial Guard showing up again, with not one, but two lists! It is really hard to explain; the army still falls over to a stiff breeze, but has good secondaries and bodies to throw at any opponent, which seems to be working.
