Road to LVO 2024 2 Weeks to Go: Warhammer 40k Tournament Results
Over the past weekend, 10 large Warhammer 40K events took place, with a minimum of 26 players participating in each event. The process of determining the top three players is based on their win records and total battle points, rather than the strength of their schedule. Throughout the weekend, a total of 30 Warhammer 40K 10th edition lists were featured, representing 17 distinct factions. Now that the holidays are over, it is a mad dash to the largest Warhammer 40k event of the year, the Las Vegas Open 2024 only just a few weeks away. It looks like from the results that players got to brewing, as while Aeldari did still did well over the weekend, the real winner was Orks with four 1st place podiums!

Besides Orks performing very well, we had Chaos Daemons and Chaos Knights performing well, with a return of stompy robots and big Daemons doing work across many events. The spread of factions was also very healthy, with players experimenting, knowing that we should also be weeks away from the next balance datasheet update.
